Should all medical research be published?

We came across a radio broadcast on BBC Radio 4 that might be of interest to those working in the medical field.

BMJ editor-in-chief Fiona Godlee and neuroscientist Professor Colin Blakemore discuss whether a false picture is being put forward by medical science.
